| I incured debts of £40k and a property with no equity left to repay them. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I first contacted Valour Financial which I found through the goverment website. Varden then contacted me and went through the different options open to me, sent out an information pack explaining each option. With the help of the pack I decided IVA was the best option and then contacted Varden and they explained what I had info I had to send to them and what the procedure would be. We then received the proposal which we had to read and sign and send back to Varden. The proposal was accepted at the creditor meeting. |

| I gave Varden a high rating due to their very professional manner through the whole process. My mind was put at rest that their really was a solution to my debt problems. |
