My circumstances:
I had almost £30,000.00 worth of debt and was struggling to pay my loans/credit card payments each month. I was living in rented accomodation and was missing monthly payments also. Creditors were constantly chasing me and I burried my head in the sand.
My interaction with the company:
I had a call back and spoke with a gentleman. He went through my options and advised an IVA as I could bay back what I could afford and would not have to tell anyone of my situation if I didnt want to ie it wouldnt be put in the paper.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
It was a huge relief to be able to speak with someone and they listened well
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Very quick to get the ball rolling
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I dont feel they could have done anything better 
Other points
Currently I still live in rented accommodation and work full time. I struggle most months with my payments because the cost of living is just so expensive. My parents often have to help me but Im determined to see it through so just keep my head down. I feel lucky to firstly even have a full time job and secondly that I have supportive people around me. Things always come up like an expensive car MOT or unexpected bill but I do my best to manage. I shall always manage my money better in the future and its something that has had a big impact on my life. My monthly payment is £213 however I currently pay slightly extra so as to get myself out of arrears I incurred when I was out of work.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
