| I am a delivery driver living in London. I had 18k of debts through credit cards, loans and overdraft |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I spoke to Varden Nuttal and straight away they reassured me that I was doing the right thing by addressing my debt situation. They explained to me in great detail which was very easy to understand. Once I decide that an IVA was the right course of action to take Varden Nuttall did not waste anytime in getting the process in motion. They quickly posted any forms and documentation to me to complete. They also clearly stated what documents they would need from me so from day one I knew exactly what was going on. If I had any questions I simply had to pick up the phone and ask and I would get positive answers everytime...I really couldnt have found them any more helpful, I was quickly getting the impression that whoever I spoke to at Varden Nuttal, they were treating me as a person with a debt problem that needed help and not just "another customer"<br> Needless to say I was relieved to have my IVA accepted and I could not thank enough the people that help me at Varden Nuttall |

| I gave Varden Nuttall a high rating as they dealt with everthing with great efficiency.<br> They had clear and easy to understand answers for any questions I raised with them. They stayed in contact with me through out the whole time my IVA was being arranged and I always knew what had just happened and what the next procedure was and when, at no time was I left in the dark wondering what was going on with my proposal<br> I would give them 10/10 but no one can get full marks...can they?<br> 9.9/10 |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| the reassurance....anytime I spoke to my advisor with any doubts about my IVA being approved they would reassure me that I really had nothing to worry about and they see cases a lot worse than mine being approved all the time.<br> They really took the pressure off me by doing all the hard work in my opinion. |
