| My circumstances: |
| I am 68 and an estate worker and I was forced into retirement by my employer losing my job and my rent free cottage and I had over 30k of debt and no savings. |

| When I finally plucked up the courage to do something about it I rang them and everything thing was explained in the way I could understand it I received the forms within a couple of days. Everybody I spoke to where very helpful and understanding and friendly. |

| 10 out of 10 Brilliant people that I felt at I could talk to and they understood the position I was in. |
