My circumstances:
We are 2 professional people living in lancashire. Over an extended period of time, we unforunately incurred substantial debt. At the time we were not aware of the IVA process and were directed to Bridgestones by a leading corporate banker. Despite the amount, Bridgestones were not phased and immediately gave us confidence that the matter could be resolved, which it duly was.
My interaction with the company:
We went to their offices and discussed our options, they immediately put us at ease and confirmed what they required us to do. All of the correspondence was forwarded to us the next day and the process began. The process went smoothly and the IVA was approved with minor modifications.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I immediately felt at ease with them, had no difficulty contacting them either by phone or email. They responded to my many requests with professionalism and explained everything clearly.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Just being able to speak to someone every time we called, or had an email responded to immediately - an extremely professional company to deal with.

Other points
We have had the IVA approved with a dividend of 15p. We have paid an amount of £25000 to clear the substantial debts. We certainly learnt to speak to each more and to leave all financial matters to my husband.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
