My circumstances:
We live in gloucestershire. We had around 110k debt and a property with about 50k equity after the property slump had tried to remortgage previously and been on DMP for 2 years before iva accepted
My interaction with the company:
We first had contact with baines and ernst partner company about 2 years ago but at that time they thought an iva would not be accepted so we had been on a DMP for 2 years with them before contact from blair endersby to say that as circumstances had changed could try again for a iva. They were very efficient and helpful and happy to answer any queries we had.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They answered all queries well , phoned and did things when they said they would and were very friendly/approachable on the phone.

Other points
have had iva accepted over 6 years rather thn 5 but still great as has given us light at the end of the tunnel! and having to live on the budget for that long should set us in good habbits for the future as am never going to take out debts again!!!!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
