My circumstances:
We had loans and credit cards and were doing balance transfers to keep interest at a low. My husbands wage was reduced and I worked part time.
My interaction with the company:
I contacted ClearDebt, they were non judgemental, kept regular contact with us and fully explained everything.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
We were in a difficult position, embarrassed by our situation. ClearDebt found a way to help us and did not judge us.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was on maternity leave and we were struggling with everything. I was scared to call for help so continued to struggle. We sent our informatin for the annual review and I was called by ClearDebt and they told me that we were not in a position to carry on as we were. They have approached our creditors to help us out with the payments.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
When we went over the payments ClearDebt said it would be one amount then at the meeting the creditors asked us to increase this by about £100 which is a lot of money. 
Other points
The IVA has taught us how to budget and we are more aware of what we buy. 70% of my debt is being written off.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
