| My circumstances: |
| I was a divorce, left with debt from the marriage and trying to relocate house and job. Debt of around 40k |
| My interaction with the company: |
| Started off as a debt repayment plan. then offered to change to IVA as would finish paying the debt off 8 yrs quicker |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rate 7 out of ten, as found the whole process stress full as off work sick with long term illness, |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| When i had to take a pay cut of a third, they reassessed asnd found that I could no longer afford to be in the scheme, but as I was half way through they agreed with some support from my partner to take an offer.To continue in the IVA which has been a godend, although things are tight i can see an end now. |

| I only spend what i have, no credit cards or loans, as this bog you down, and i am not influenced by others if they want to spend, then its not for me. |
