My circumstances:
Majority of debt came from overspending on credit cards.
My interaction with the company:
All contact with cleardebt was fine, everything seems to be running smoothly.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
due to the quality of service received.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Kept payments at the original level throughout.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
more information with regards to the payments being made to creditors. 
Other points
I have learnt not to rely on credit in the future.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
