My circumstances:
My husband is a builder and I work in travel, we jointly had debts of 92k and due to unforseen circumstances were unable to keep up the crippling repayments on the loans and cards.
My interaction with the company:
I sent an email an initially spoke to melanie giles who listened and advised me on the best options for our circumstances. The delay in the proposal was largely down to being able to provide up to date statements etc for each debt as I had been shredding them it was difficul to get the companies to provide up to date balances which took a couple of months. The admin team were great especially Tamsyn who was excellant.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The whole process was quite smooth and they were not judgemental of our circumstances.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Whilst trying to get all of the balances on the accounts together, I was receiving a number of calls from the various companies, Tamsyn our administrator was great and contacted them to try and stop the stress.

We are now just on to the 2nd payment and our dividend was 40p in the pound for myself and 32pence for my husband. We will write off approx 50k.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
