My circumstances:
I am a Transport Manager living in Essex. I have a partner and 2 children under 7. I had various debts totalling nearly £60k and a property with little equity in it.
My interaction with the company:
I rang Varden Nuttal after looking them up on the internet. I was nervous to actually talk about my level of debt. They listned to my issues and put my mind at ease. I felt I had a way out of my financial mess. They completed all the paperwork and sent it to me. Within weeks the IVA was agreed. They were very helpful and friendly.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The service they provided was first class. Great communicators and very knowledgeable. They were always available to answer any questions I had.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Set up my IVA with very little fuss and very quick.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I really cannot think of anything that could be improved? 
Other points
I am just coming to the end of my IVA. I have learnt to be more careful with money and to not rely on credit.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
