| I am an Employment Advisor living in the West Mindlands, I was approx 45k in debt. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I called R&R and explained my circumstances, an advisor arranged to visit me within a week, this was an indepth conversation and I felt very at ease disclosing very personal information about myself, my advisor done everything he could to ensure that he could help me. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| The ratings I have given to R&R and Varden is because of the level of service I received and am still recieving. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| There knowledge alone is second to none, any decisions that needed to be made were always passed via me first and explained in detail the implications of the decisions I had to make. |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| Varden Nuttel have provided a service second to none, I have no complaints what so ever. |

| My IVA is running smoothly, I am contacted once a month to see how things are going, total debt written off was 30k |
