| I am a creative arts practitioner living in the North West. I had 16k of debt and no equity, from loans & credit cards. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| After hearing about IVAs on the radio one morning, I did some research and called Varden Nuttall, who happened to be reasonably local to me. They explained the situation to me and the IVA process, in a very clear and non judgmental fashion. After filling in forms, following advice regarding closing my bank account (with overdraft) and opening a new account before the start of my IVA, and an interview at home; my IVA was accepted. |

| Regular friendly calls to check that everything was going OK |

| It would have been good to have a more regular breakdown of the progress of my IVA, and possibly more contact via email rather than on paper. Small issues though. |
| Other points |
| I have now completed my IVA save for final checks, after 4.5 years. I struggled to pay off more than my minimum payments in order to complete sooner, and all being well, I have to say its a massive relief. |
