| I am a bookkeeper living in London with £78k of debt and a property that could not be remortgaged. I had an endowment policy, which was surrendered, when required. |

| I filled out their website query and went from there. They were very attentive to my situation, and came up with manageanble solutions. They also sent me to an independent expert professional before I signed up to the IVA. |

| They appeared to deliver on everything they promised / indicated could happen. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| When the house was not available for remortgage due to shared-ownership conflicts, they renegotiated the IVA. |

| I will pay off 61%. Current circumstances are tight but it ends in 10 months. |
