My circumstances:
I had a small cleaning business which I didnt manage well and when the economy went pear-shaped so did my business. Due entirely to my own mis-management I had over £20.000 of debt in loans and credit cards.
My interaction with the company:
McCambridge Duffy was recommended to me and from the moment they spoke to me they were professional yet pleasant and unbelievably prompt and efficient. I felt I was in good hands.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave them 10 out of 10 in each category because they exceeded my expectations.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Each person I spoke to including the receptionist in the company was extremely courteous to me putting me at ease with what could have been an extremely stressful situation.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing. 
Other points
I can now live within my means. I have learned that it pays to deal quickly with problems. I wrote off £14.000 of debt. I am not proud of this.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
