| i rang them for advice - very helpful understanding and non judgmental - came up with a solution straight away |

| just responding to me quieries and any smaller problems with speed and very thorough |

| a little bit more attention to details i.e. the actual sums of things to be paid over how long etc and to use laymans terms! |
