My circumstances:
I live in South London with my Wife,I work as a Maintenance Engineer, My wife was a senior consultant for a recruitment company. We were able to have a fairly good life style until she was made redundant, So she set up on her own but Business is stll very slow out there. We ended up owing about 45+k. unable to pay our creditors we were sinking fast.
My interaction with the company:
I contacted several agencies, and started the roll with one company, Baines returned my call, i told them i have already started the process with someone else, but i would listen to what they can offer. Their process verbally won me over and they proved this by putting thier words into action. so i dropped the other firm without question.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Because from the first phone call to date they havnt let me down, i.e they call me, if i can talk "great". if i cant we arrange a time i,m available and the call me back exactly at that time, normaly in the evening.Everthing is expained and then sent in written form they are polite on the call.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
To date nothing as yet.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
One again with my experience so far nothing. 
Other points
I,m Employed my wife is self employed, we steered away from our debt problem for over a year. IVA was the way to go as we have written off around 30,000 of our debts.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
