| My circumstances: |
| I had £34,000 worth of debt and faced the prospect of losing my home which has no equity. I was stuck between the proverbial rock and a hard place, I am so glad I made that phonecall it has literally changed my life. |

| The process is so simple which surprised me, I expected lots of hoops to jump through. Each part of the process was explained very clearly and i was updated on a regular basis. |

| I have rated them 10 out of 10 becuase i genuinely cannot fault any part of the way i was treated. |

| Communication and ease of process. The subject of debt can make you feel ashamed, this company made me feel at ease. |

| I no longer have to walk around the supermarket with a calculator and can now afford things that were classed as a luxury before. I was paying in excess of £900 per month on my debts, My IVA has written of roughly 66% of my debt and i now pay one payment of £270 per month. |
