My circumstances:
I am a socail worker and my partner is in the printing business, increasing debts which have got out of control. We have recieved friendly advice and support. This was done is a very professional and relaxed manner.
My interaction with the company:
My husband felt confident that the IVA practitioner could help us they person whom he spoke with was Jason Pearson, Liam Dervin.When they said they would call back thay have and without delay.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
We have been so impressed by the way that they have taken over our case, we applied to a well known large company who could not help us. Jason took over and put our minds at rest.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The way in which our case was dealt with clear detailed explaination, without the jargon and a non- judgemental attitude.We have given the contact details of Jason & Liam to friends and family whom may need the same help that we have recieved.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing to comment in this regard

We are still in the intial stages so I will be able to comment once everthing is finialised.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
