| My circumstances: |
| We were very upset that we got ourself into so much debt. We were on a debt management plan for about 2 years, which would have taken us 15 years to pay off |
| My interaction with the company: |
| Cleardebt got in touch with us, explained the IVA could be a possibilty. We were very wary and frightened of change and actually decided to stay on debt management a couple times but Cleardebt didnt give up on us and showed us the benefits of the IVA which has now been accepted and we are so happy and relieved |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| Because i am completely satisfied and a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders (10 years to be precise) |

| They were all very thorough and knowledgeable and i was never passed from pillar to post like i was with my old DM company |
