My circumstances:
Im a retail manager living in London. I had £65k of debt and Im not a homeowner.
My interaction with the company:
It was a cold call from Matt to myself and things went forward from there. Id spoken to other companies but they just felt right
Why I gave the ratings I did:
From start to finish their response was outstanding, the two way communication between myself and Matt Foley was great. The result is phenomenal. From problems with ballifs and CCJs along the way, its an early Christmas present to know that this has all been sorted. Cant say any more
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Matt Foley was excellent to a point that our relationship became more personal than business like. For a company that must have thousands of clients its great that when I call him he knows exactly who I am from my voice!

Other points
Ive learnt massive lessons from this. The majority of my debts come from a property that was repossessed. Ive ripped up my credit cards and Ive learnt to live within my means and will be much more careful before committing to owning a property in the future.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
