My circumstances:
I am an IT consultant from Telford with £172,000 of debt with no equity in my property.
My interaction with the company:
I rang them and they were able to answer questions I had about IVAs. A proposal was prepared and accepted by my creditors.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Overall I felt that they did a good job in handling my proposal and full and final settlement.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
It was usually possible to get straight through to the person handling my case who was able to answer my questions.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Quicker processing in the early stages, and more information about how to clear an IVA. 
Other points
My IVA dividend was 25p/£1. I eventually negotiated a full and final settlement 18 months after the start of the IVA for a dividend of 23p/£1. Knowing what I know now, I would have applied for more credit - i.e. a card, BEFORE I got into the realms of requiring an IVA, to use after the IVA had gone through. As it happens Ive managed without. I applied for an IVA before Id ever missed a single payment on any of my debts, so I would have been able to get credit during the IVA proposal stages. I did however get myself a seperate bank account which in hindesight was a good idea as you wont get one afterwards.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
