My circumstances:
Im a production engineer living in Maidstone, Kent. I had approx £50K of debt, living in rented accomodation with no assests to speak of.
My interaction with the company:
My case was passed to Varden Nuttal by a company called Debt Fee Me who undertook the initial consultation and paperwork preparation for my IVA, which was a little long and drwawn out. Once Varden Nuttal were on the case things stepped up a gear and a draft proposal was ready in a matter of days. After dotting Is and crossing Ts a creditors meeting was convened within around 5 weeks. My proposal was accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
My high ratings for the company reflect the speed, accuracy and professionalism with which they approached my case. At every stage I was made to feel that my case was the only one they were working on, they answered any questions I had promptly and removed all the stress I was feeling about the whole situation I was in.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was not just one case in someones workload, it fealt as though my case was the only one they were working on.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I honestly cant fault anything or think of anything I would have them change. 
Other points
Im 3 months into my IVA, my creditors are off my back. In 5 years time I will have paid approx. one third of my debt and will be debt free. My advice to anyone sitting there worrying, with all those what if questions, feelings of failure, sleepless nights and worrying how youll ever get out of the situation - make one phone call and ask for advice, help is out there, theyre friendly, they understand what youre going through and itll take the weight of the world off your shoulders.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
