My circumstances:
Had 40k worth of debt from around 6-8 years earlier, all of it with collection agencies, was at the stage of CCJs & charging orders on my property.
My interaction with the company:
Called CCCS to begin with, listened to what they had to say, googled IVAs which led me to IVA.co.uk, spent a few weeks reading & watching posts, learnt about IVA Advice Bureau & Melanie Giles. <br> Spoke to them quite late one evening and never looked back. The decision to go with IVA Advice Bureau after the 1st call was easy.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
From the initial phone call to where I am now, the whole team have been open, honest, friendly, available & I think most importantly non judgemental.<br> Its so refreshing to be able to send an email or pick up the phone and speak to whoever you need.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They were able to stop all court proceeding including charging orders against my property.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
None

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
