My circumstances:
Im a manager living in wales, I had about 25k of debt and 5k equity
My interaction with the company:
I rang them after looking online and found they were the best at IVA. They listen to everything i had to say and total understood. they said IVA would be the best for me, then explained everything that would happen with the IVA and how long it would be over. They were really friendly the former were sent the next day and sent a few days later, in this time they found i was able to add my car on to this as well which helped me out even more. I was then accepted and within a few days no more phone calls, no one knocking the door and i was able to start sleeping again. They were really friendly and kept me informed of everything that was going on with my IVA.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rate them 10 out of 10, ive also told one of my friends what i did. As she was in the same boat i was in and they sorted her out too.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The one thing they did which was really good, was that my car was added but the company wasnt told by there head office, so they kept coming to the house. I was in one day they come explained to them what had happend showed him my paperwork he gave me his mobile number and the team called him straight away and he was never seen again fantastic.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I really cant think of one thing sorry. 
Other points
Ive not got loads of money left at the end of the month, but i now budget every week, online banking now as well. But best of all i can treat my son and myself to a pizza or Toby at the end of the month, before i couldnt do anything like that.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
