| My circumstances: |
| I had been a small business owner (restaurant) and ended up owing in excess of £100k to several creditors. I had closed the businesses and took a permanet job as an employee to help myself and my family. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| Rang them, recieved information pack explaining options, these options were talked through with me. Due to a number of historic issues the proposal was initially rejected. Another proposal was discussed with me and submitted to creditors which was accepted. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 10 out of 10 as they guided me through this worrying and difficult process, were always there to take my calls and emails. Assisted me in making some big decisions, allowing me to change my situations for the better. |

| They were straight to the point, treat me like a sensible adult and gave me options straight. |

| Nothing. |

| We managed to agree 14p in the pound over 60 months. Which I feel is achievable. |
