My circumstances:
I am a single parent living in Chester. After a failed relationship I was left with a bigger debt than I could handle.
My interaction with the company:
I rang a direct/gov debt helpline and they adviced an IVA and forwarded my details to Varden Nuttall
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have always found the staff at Varden Nuttall to be helpful and friendly and they got the process completed quickly just what you need in this situation.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was able to sleep at night.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
