My circumstances:
I am an administrator living in Liverpool and had £22k of debt which had slowly crept up and up over the years
My interaction with the company:
I rang them after about 2 months of should i shouldnt i do it and burying my head in the sand hoping it would all go away. As soon as i spoke them and told them my situation, they recommended an IVA, i completed the form they sent out and waited to see if it was accepted. I found the whole experience better than what i thought it was going to be.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave them a rating of 10 out of 10 because i couldnt fault anything. Their manner, telephone voice and overall friendlyness was excellent.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
It would have to be the way they made you feel, even though i knew the debt was totally my fault, they spoke to me in a caring, almost knowing manner of what i was going through but being totally professional.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing 
Other points
After my IVA being accepted, the relief was unbelievable. Most of my debt will be written off after 5 yrs but I can now appreciate money management with the help of additional services the company has provided since.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
