| My circumstances: |
| I work for the NHS and live in the Bristol area. I had a large amount of credit card and overdraft debts following inflation of household bills and selling my property at a loss, owing the mortgage company alone over 50k. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| After speaking to them they talked through all of my options telling me the pros and cons of them all so I could make an informed choice. They were really supportive during what was a really difficult and emotional time and I didnt feel at any time that i was being judged. An IVA was the recommended option which i decided to go ahead with, they sent me the form to complete which I did then sent it back. There were a few adjustments after that but once that was done a meetnig with my creditors was held and the IVA accepted. |

| I rated them 9 out of 10 because they made a very difficult time much easier and found me a solution to my debt problems in a supportive and non-judgemental way. |

| Calling me every-so-often to make sure things were going smoothly and I was happy with everything. |
