My circumstances:
I am a serving member of HM Forces with 40k of debt and no equity.
My interaction with the company:
I rang them and explained my situation. They recommended an IVA. The initial form was completed over the telephone and then posted to me for me to review, adjust (if necessary) sign and return. They were extremely helpful but most of all friendly and approachable - I didnt feel they were judgemental of me.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave them 10 out of 10 because I cannot fault them on any area, and they are a company that I would and have recommended to someone in a similar situation to myself.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Their staff - they are helpful, polite, considerate and most of all they feel like friends. I cannot say enough about them especially Michelle Wall who has been my main point of contact.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I dont believe excellence can be improved on. 
Other points
I am in the last year of my IVA. I have learnt that comfort spending whilst nice in the short run is very expensive in the long run. I have learnt to manage my money better.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
