My circumstances:
I am a professional in the Public Sector and have found RE10 to be an excellent choice for my chosen debt solution. The staff are very professional and friendly. I spoke with several before opting for RE!0 and I would recommend them to anyone. I had £32k unsecured debt with £10k equity.
My interaction with the company:
After speaking with several other IVA firms, RE10, was a breath of fresh air. No hard sell, no pressure whatsover. They discussed my situation and after giving me several options agreed that IVA was most appropriate. The income & expenditure was agreed quickly and the creditors meeting was agreed with only minor modifications, mainly I.P fees. RE10 kept me informed at all times.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 9 out of 10 overall as the whole process has been very smooth and stress free. I felt I could discuss any issue with RE10 and it was resolved quickly.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
No upfront fees - when a standing order payment went through without my knowledge it was refunded to my account.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Really couldnt fault them. 
Other points
Paying back £18900 on £32000 debt. <br> <br> Its a great feeling to have my creditors off my back and repaying my debt over a set period. I am determined to come out the other end and debt free in 5 years!.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
