My circumstances:
I am a divorced working single parent with 2 dependent children, living in Kent in private rented accom. I had a total debt of 33k which had built up over 12 yrs and could not manage the monthly repayments anymore. I had no savings or assets. An IVA was a true solution to my problems.
My interaction with the company:
I was referred from the Debt Management Company that I was currently with as this was no longer a good option for me. The IVA Company rang me, listened to my situation and I was advised that I was a good candidate for an IVA to be accepted. The conversation was straightforward, the forms were in the post the next day, they were collected by a courier a few days later and within a week, everything was set to go. The IVA was accepted at the Creditors meeting which was a few weeks later after a few small changes. I found them to be very courteous, professional, friendly and helpful.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 9 out of 10 because they were excellent and made me feel confident that they could really help me in my situation.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
IVA proposal was within my possession completely accurate within a week of the first initial phone call to them.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
