| I am a homeowner living in NI, I had 37k debt |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I rang them, they listened to my situation and recommended IVA, they posted form, I completed and returned, after some small changes the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. I found them to be very friendly and very helpful. |

| I rated them 9 out of 10 because i consider them extremely honest and fair in their approach. |

| They took the time to ensure all info provided was accurate and clear before going forward. |

| They did most things quite well and this allowed for information to be given and taken very well. |
| Other points |
| Currently my IVA is being finalised. I have learnt that falling into large financial debt is quite stressful and very difficult to be able to repay all creditors. It was very important to me that all creditors i was in debt to were dealt with as fairly as possible and i feel Clear Debt were able to achieve this. |
