| I am a single mother of 5 children, one is disabled so i care for her, so i cannot work. I have 25k of debt, and no equity. |

| I rang a different company, who i paid 2 deposits, then they put me on to this company, i had to go thro all the situation again, they recommended an IVA, they emailed the form, and i returned it, after some small changes the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting.They were very friendly and helpful... |

| I gave them 9 out of 10 because they were very fast, in processing it, and they were friendly. |

| They got the repayments down to somethink i could afford. |

| Instead of emailing me the docs, i think they should have just posted them, as i am not very computer lit, so it took me ages to do. |
