| they speak for themsleves, everything was efficient & polite, the whole round package cannot be faulted |

| how calm Michael Jordan was throughout the whole process, wasnt pushy |

| cant find any problem, no improvements can be made |

| never to trust credit companies,never to look at credit again especially c/cs, had over 30K written off |
