My circumstances:
I am a full time Housewife at the moment living in Hampshire,I had 20k debt from credit cards when I lost my Job because I had a complicated miscarriage and could not recover for a long time, my absence at work became much and my manager wasnt ready to understand my situation and kept pressuring me, so i gave up the job i have been doing for 7years.And in search to settle my debt i came across Varden Nuttall on the internet.
My interaction with the company:
I rang them immediately and they listen to my situation and recommended an IVA for me, they took my details and posted some paper work for me straight away, I filled the forms and send it back within days they draft my IVA proposer and submitted it at the creditors meeting and it was accepted. Since then no creditor has called nor written to threaten me, i have absolute peace of mind even though I havent gotten a job yet,no fear of answering phone.They are very helpful when you need them most and very friendly and highly professional.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10/10 because the are very helpful, highly professional. I can recommend them to any friend who will be in my situation.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
How they committed my creditors to agreed and not disturb me with letters and phone calls. Still thrilled by it.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
They well very professional with my case, so i can only thank them. 
Other points
I have still not gotten a job, struggling with my finances but determined to change my circumstances as soon as i get a job and learn to spend according to my earnings and not exceed my budget.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
