My circumstances:
overcommitted,children came along not able to keep contractual payments, husband lost job, kept looking for more credit cover old committments
My interaction with the company:
was contacted by Rebecca Green, explained the option sent out ppwk, sent back got the ball rolling
Why I gave the ratings I did:
because been absolutely pleasure, always polite, not judgemental
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
whole customer service has been brilliant from beginning to end
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I believe the whole service has been helpful, nothing comes to mind 
Other points
never to get into debt again, if you havent got the cash to pay not to touch credit, had around 6k written off

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
