| I was a single mother with a child who got into debt after an illness and had to change my job to earning a third of what I did before. With no support from the father I had to provide for my child and I. |

| My friend put me intouch with debt lifebaot and they were very understanding and very prompt and accurate in their communications and forms and getting the IVA started and accepted. |

| I had very good communication from start to finish with the company regardign my IVA and if I wasnt quite sure of anything I always had a contact to ring and ask advice. |

| They explained every detail of my IVA and made me understand every detail thoroughly and gave me all the options before I made the decision. |
