| My circumstances: |
| The most horrendous company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. i am a nobody but a bundle of money to them every month. They got me in on a £240 per month deal which has since increased to £325 and now my wages has increased again they will put the payment up again. This does not shorten the life of the IVA. You still keep on paying the higher rate till the end date. <br> I get NO updates of how much of my debt I have paid off. I get letters from my creditors showing me balances more or less the exact same as they were when i started 3 years ago. <br> Debt Free direct are sharks and on my last call I was accused of not returning last years review ! How rude .. how bloody rude . I am affronted by the girl on the phone telling me "you missed last years review so we will have to breach you".. HOW RUDE! I have never not met my obligations to DFD. I only rang to say "waiting on my statments from the bank" and got accused of breaching my IVA. I would do anything to get away from this pigs |

| As far as I can tell NOTHING has been written off. I owed 20k and I will be paying back 20k. <br> RIP OFF |
