My circumstances:
I had 32K worth of unsecured debt and was struggling with the repayments, I phoned the National Debt Helpline and they got me in contact with Varden Nutall.
My interaction with the company:
After speaking to Varden Nutall they gave me a range of options available to me and we decided an IVA was the best option. From start to finish they have offered me excellent support and advice.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 as I cannot find fault in the service and customer service Varden Nutall provide. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their debts.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
During my IVA I had a drop in my wages and was unable to pay my full repayment for a short while, Varden Nutall were so supportive and they arranged for me to pay back the arrears in a manageable time scale.

Other points
I am now in the last few months of my IVA, during the last five years I have now learnt how to live without credit. I am looking forward to being debt free again and thank Varden Nutall for all their support during this process.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
