| Due to redundancy we were put in a position where for a time we had to rely on credit |
| My interaction with the company: |
| 3 1/2 years ago it was discussed i should go for an IVA this failed, i then went on a payment plan.<br> Last year an IVA was mentioned initially not accepted as my mortgage is part loan and my practitioner at the time Andrew Russell did not know this had to be included. Months later it was accepted. I than found i should be paying a charging order for the mortgage 3 months into the arrangement, i was never told about this and raised a complaint. The complaint was in the process of being looked into and then i heard nothing but my practitioner was changed. |

| 7 out of ten for Graeme as so far everything has been ok, but due to my last experiance i wold like to know something like before wont happen again. |
