My circumstances:
I am a shop assistant. Just over £10,000 of debts.
My interaction with the company:
I was called by them and they advised the IVA was better for me than my debt management.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I thought they were good. An excellent service, the best option for me was chosen.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They will get me debt free in 5 years.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Not that i can think of. 
Other points
I will write off about £4000.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
