My circumstances:
I am a 57 year old man living in London and working as a security supervisor, I got into debt when my marriage ended and put my daughter through University, I had big problems with credit cards and loans,I was once a publican with homes in Cyprus and outer London but now living in rented accomadation living from month to month.
My interaction with the company:
I was very nervous, they arranged for a man to come to my home and he was very helpful, we went through all my paper work and he didnt raise an eyebrow at the state of my finances which I was very worried about, he even took me to the pub for a pint,I cant thank him enough.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They were brilliant from the day a man came round, great weight off my shoulders
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
made me think it wasnt as bad as I thought it was and let me know I wasnt the only one in this kind of mess.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
be a bit quicker

not sure but it was many thousands

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
