My circumstances:
I live in Wiltshire. I had £25k of debt, and bankruptcy would have meant I lost my job. I looked into debt management by myself beforehand.
My interaction with the company:
Myvesta assessed my situation and recommended an IVA, they passed my details on to Phillip Allen at Baker Tilly (now Debtlifeboat). As they are based in Birmingham I had to go to the closest Baker Tilly office to my home (Bristol) to show proof of identity etc. The IVA was rejected at the first creditors meeting, but after a few changes the IVA was accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They were very non-judgemental and understanding and I felt they were true professionals and werent just after the fees like some of the debt write-off companies you hear about.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Provided a clear explaination of the IVA process. They didnt make any unrealistic promises of writing off huge amounts, they provided a monthly plan I could afford.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing, I really feel I have received an excellent service. 
Other points
I have been in an IVA for 6 months paying £417 a month and will never go near another credit agreement with the exception of a mortgage for as long as I live! My debt was causing me severe stress and anxiety. Since my IVA started my health has improved, I can get on with my life and I have now learned to live within my means.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
