| My circumstances: |
| I work in Administration and live in Hertfordshire. I had 30k debt and a property under shared ownership scheme. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I spoke to Clear Start who recommended an IVA would be the best option. They sent the forms which I duly completed and returned. The IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. Each time I spoke to them even though I couldnt speak to the case worker covering my case the other staff I spoke to were always helpful and friendly and put my mind at ease. |

| I rated them the way I had because they were always helpful and I felt that my case would be put accross fairly to the creditors. |

| They made me feel that I was not the only person to go through this, I always felt they were doing everything they could to help me. |

| There were some occasions when there was a couple of questions I needed to ask but as I couldnt get through to my case worker I had to leave messages for them to call back - which they always did. |
