| I am a single mum working in retail. I do own my own house but there is little or no equity in it, I owe approx £27k. |

| Initially I opted for the flexibility of a DMP with Abacus, but they rang me every so often to remind me that an IVA was an option. Eventually, I decided to go for it. |

| From the very first time I spoke to them they put me at my ease, to be honest I was a nervous wreck!! They made me feel really comfortable |
