My circumstances:
I had money problems due to getting devorced, lossing my jobs and amassing too much credit, basically the money comming in did not equal the money going out with intrest this only got worse month after month
My interaction with the company:
I rang them, they recorded my intrest then came to see my and explained what an IVA was and any other opptions available after completing the form they arranged everything. then came the creditors meeting which they guided my through. with some changes the proposal was accepted. Very profesional & friendly
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10, because I am in the service industry and they ticked every box
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The follow up is good most firms once they have you hooked and signed up the service goes down hill
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Varden Nuttall did not need to improve but the other firms I contacted at first need to do a lot of catching up

About £30,000 was written off I have learnt not to over stretch my self but also not to reley on credit card companies. one credit card company put the interest rate from 14.9% to 29% because of the change in interest rate, the only thing wong was that the interest rate had just gone down to 1.0%??????????

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
