| we are a married couple with 2 children on a low income, with debts of about 35k, and was paying out more on debts than what we had coming in. |

| we rang them and explained our situation, and they listened to what we had to say, gave us some options and time to think about the options, then sent us forms and information, after completing forms and more telephone call thankfully the iva was accepted. they were friendly and helpful. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| we rated them 10 out 10, because they listerned to what had to say, and didnt make us feel like there was no hope, and every time we spoke on the phone they are always friendly, even if we have had a problem. |
