My circumstances:
myself and my partner live in nottinghamshire and work for the public sector, we had 31 of debt and a no equity in our mortgage
My interaction with the company:
i rang them after seeing an advertisment, and they advised me to do an iva, i completed the paperwork and after a few changes the iva was accepted at the meeting.<br> i found them helpful
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i gave them the ratings because overall they are friendly and they provide an efficient service. just a few hiccups caused my rating to be a bit lower in places.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
friendly and reasurring when you first ring them, they make you feel at ease. they dont judge you.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
the initial service was excellent, really helpful. the guy i spoke too was fantastic, explained everything but later down the line, that same customer service was not as good in places.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
