| i am a civil servant and have just completed an IVA after 5 years. i had over 50k of debt and was struggling to juggle all the payments |

| everything was explained in a phonecall they were very knowledgeable and helpfull and sympathetic upon meeting. everything went through smoothly as the explained |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| i rated them highly as they have alwasy been efficient and friendly. i felt i could b honest and open and wasnt being judged. they were very trustworthy and i would deal with them again although i hope i dont have to ha ha |

| they treat me as an individual and called regularly to check i was ok. i found them very personal and asthough they knew me |

| i have just completed my IVA after 5 years and i will not be rushing to take credit again! i have learned to manage on what i have as everything that was handed out on a plate was not available and you can ive within your means |
